To All Our Guests:

For those of you who have signed up for transportation services to and from the wedding, you will find all details by clicking on the form below OR on our wedding website under "transportation"

TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE FORM

A couple things to remember:

• Please be at your stop 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.

Meeting Location:

• Hotels: If you are staying at a hotel, please meet at valet and look for Kauai Luxury Transportation Services (black Mercedes sprinter)

• Condos: If you are staying at a condo complex, please walk out to the end of the condo complex entrance driveway next to the main road to meet.
  

• Private Homes: For private homes, please meet outside on the road at the end of the driveway.

Running Late:

• Please text the point person on your shuttle (highlighted in yellow) to let them know. The sprinter will wait a couple minutes for you then move on. You will need to find your own transportation to the wedding if you miss your pick up.  

Decide to drive yourself after signing up for transportation:

• If you signed up for transportation services but then change your mind before the wedding and want to drive to the wedding, please email marie@legacyeventskauai.com

• If you signed up for transportation services but decide to drive last minute to the wedding, please let your transportation vehicle point person know via text. This person his highlighted in yellow on the transportation form.
